groundbreaking achievement, Team India, comprising 24 talented lawyers from the
Indian legal fraternity, has clinched the gold medal in the inaugural International
Bar & Bench Badminton Championship. The championship, held in Phuket,
Thailand, from August 28-31, 2025, saw Team India triumph over Team Thailand,
marking a monumental moment in the history of Indian law.
With this milestone, Deka Events has gone
global — becoming the first Indian event management company dedicated
exclusively to Badminton events across India and now on the international
stage.
